Location: Remote - US (preference for Midwest or a major East Coast city)
Salary: $200,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do
- Establish the AI Center of Excellence infrastructure, including governance frameworks, best practices, and adoption measurement.
- Partner with all internal departments using an embedded model to redesign workflows for full automation.
- Build and demonstrate AI agents, skills, and workflows hands-on, then teach teams to maintain their own.
- Drive organizational AI maturity from ad hoc adoption to systematic, governed scaling within 12 months.
- Serve as "Customer Zero," using internal adoption insights to inform the external AI product roadmap.
- Translate technical AI execution into tangible EBITDA impact and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience spanning management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte) and enterprise technology leadership.
- VP-level experience leading digital transformation or AI strategy at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Hands-on ability to build AI agents and automated workflows using tools like Claude, GPT, or Copilot.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and AI governance principles.
- Must be based in the US.
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and occasionally internationally.
