What you will do

• Define and champion the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap across all business functions.
• Lead the design, prototyping, and deployment of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks, ethical guardrails, and compliance standards for AI usage.
• Partner with IT, engineering, and product teams to integrate AI systems with enterprise SaaS and data platforms.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on AI strategy, enablement, and automation engineering.
• Define value-driven metrics to track and report the business impact of AI initiatives to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in technology, innovation, or data roles, with 2–5+ years in AI/ML or enterprise-scale AI leadership.
• Proven experience operationalizing and scaling AI/ML products within complex organizations.
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI technologies, including generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise integrations, REST APIs, and cloud-native environments.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
