What you will do

• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing engineering team while defining hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with stakeholders and product managers to translate business priorities into actionable AI engineering roadmaps.
• Drive the design and implementation of LLM-powered decision automation, fraud detection, and process optimization.
• Define best practices for model evaluation, governance, and monitoring to ensure reliability and compliance at scale.
• Build and maintain systems for continuous model monitoring, A/B testing, backtesting, and drift detection.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to align AI capabilities and deliver a cohesive user experience.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of industry experience in software, machine learning, or data engineering.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver advanced AI solutions and LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, in-context learning, and custom evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of model monitoring, governance, and compliance practices for responsible AI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
