Salary: $237,216 – $257,842

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to define business objectives and success criteria for AI/ML initiatives.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end target-state architectures spanning data, ML/AI, security, and governance.
• Design the full data and model lifecycle, including pipelines, training, serving, and MLOps/LLMOps foundations.
• Establish integration patterns with enterprise systems using APIs, events, and workflows.
• Collaborate with security and risk teams to embed responsible AI controls and auditability into designs.
• Mentor technical teams and develop reusable reference architectures and accelerators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years leading teams of architects and developers.
• Proven track record of delivering production AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship available).
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated environments such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI.
• Prior experience in the consulting industry or an internal consulting role.
• Experience with advanced AI patterns like RAG and agentic workflows.
