What you will do

  • Partner with executive leaders in Commercial, Strategy, and Finance to align people strategy with business performance.
  • Act as an organization architect by leading team design, role clarity, and operating model evolution.
  • Guide leaders through AI-driven workforce changes, including redesigning workflows and human-AI collaboration models.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning to identify future skill needs, talent risks, and reskilling opportunities.
  • Coach leaders on organizational dynamics, team performance, and change management.
  • Use people data and AI tools to streamline HR workflows and provide actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR business partnering experience in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve HR efficiency and decision-making.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Ability to work core business hours (8:00am–5:00pm PST) and travel domestically up to 30%.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using people and business data to influence outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
