What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across client accounts to support Type Operations Managers.
• Manage font tracking, production reports, and conduct font audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain client project records, timelines, and action logs to ensure project visibility.
• Prepare client-facing materials, meeting agendas, and documentation.
• Facilitate internal workflows between Creative, Technical, Sales, and Client Engagement teams.
• Track project deliverables and escalate risks or blockers to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in coordination, project support, or professional services.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
