Sales & Business Development Associate Director: Drive growth in the strategic health system segment across the US using a value-driven, relationship-based solution sales model with an accent on C-suite stakeholder engagement, go-to-market strategy, and securing new business that improves business and clinical outcomes. Focus on building market share growth for current product lines, launching new product lines and packages, and translating client needs into innovation efforts.

Location: USA - Chicago, IL, West Adams St

Salary: $122,300.00 - $218,550.00 USD (eligible for Commission)

What you will do

  • Lead health system innovation go-to-market sales growth strategy aligned with hirify.global strategy and client needs.
  • Expand business development and revenue capture by building client understanding, developing regional/named-account strategies, and partnering across hirify.global Health.
  • Partner with Product and health system leadership to infuse client needs into innovation efforts and solutioning.
  • Generate opportunities through networking, relationship building, and cold-calling; drive lead generation through events and tradeshows.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure; maintain account and opportunity forecasting in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, including retention and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
  • 15 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years outside Enterprise Sales.
  • 7–10 years of health system and/or health system sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven sales hunter and closer with consistent year-over-year quota attainment of at least $1.5M in new revenue.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite (CMIO and CIO experience is a plus).
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
