TL;DR
Director, SA&I Business Partner (Expanded Verticals Team) (SA&I Sales): Oversee end-to-end SA&I portfolio sales for North America, driving retention and growth through prospecting, value creation, persona penetration, and deal conversion with an accent on C-suite penetration, objection handling, and pipeline management to achieve OP attainment. Focus on building holistic annual client strategies and account plans, owning revenue/quota, and leading RFP and complex study proposals while maintaining long-term revenue growth.

Salary: $117,500.00 - $136,000.00 base + sales-based incentive/performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Own overall SA&I revenue target/quota for an assigned portfolio and manage consistent pipeline performance toward OP attainment.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities across the SA&I portfolio (Consumer Behavior & Insights, Innovation, Brand & Media, Analytics & Activation).
- Articulate SA&I offerings and value proposition aligned to client business challenges and KPIs; handle objections and navigate resistance.
- Create and activate holistic annual client strategies and account plans, including financial forecasting and CRM-driven engagement.
- Lead T2T client meetings to penetrate C-suite portfolio-wide and deliver thought leadership personally.
- Own SA&I responses for first-time service use, large/complex study designs, cross-specialty proposals, and RFPs; partner on joint-selling and potential RMS RFP responses.
Requirements
- US location requirement: Must be in the US at time of application to be considered
- 7–10 years of direct sales experience developing new business and revenue streams.
- 7–10 years of market research experience dedicated to selling to expanded verticals (business services, PPG, media/media agencies, sales agencies).
- Experience collaborating with and selling to C-level executives; strong strategic prospecting and new business development skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels; strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet high sales revenue targets; strong analytical aptitude.
