What you will do

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored furniture solutions that align with clients' wellness and aesthetic goals.
• Drive sales performance by building strong client relationships and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to expand brand partnerships.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with high accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or able to commute to the store location.
• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering software.
• Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
