TL;DR
Sales Consultant (EdTech): Partnering with the sales team to drive adoption of K-12 curriculum and assessment solutions with an accent on delivering high-level product demonstrations and pilot training. Focus on building brand awareness, supporting educators through the sales journey, and articulating the value of educational programs to district decision-makers.
Location: Must live and be able to travel within California (CA)
Compensation: $50.00 per hour; $25.00 per hour for travel time.

What you will do
- Assist in building brand awareness and maintaining deep knowledge of educational solutions.
- Deliver pre-sales presentations and product demonstrations to county and district personnel.
- Provide pilot training and ongoing on-demand support to teachers and school leaders.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate high-level conversations with decision-makers.
- Represent the company at state and citywide exhibitions and educational fairs.
- Conduct 1:1 and small group planning meetings to strengthen understanding of solutions.
Requirements
- Must live and be able to travel within California.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, school administration, or the education market.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience delivering presentations or training to audiences of 6+ people.
- Ability to lift and carry sample materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable with public speaking and customizing presentations for diverse audiences.

- Experience working with literacy or early literacy programs.
- Experience working with mathematics curriculum.
