What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits to prospective merchants and attend local industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Track all sales activities and performance metrics within Salesforce.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities to align with customer demand.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
