What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits to prospective merchants and attend local industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Track all sales activities and performance metrics within Salesforce.
- Identify untapped market opportunities to align with customer demand.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
