What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships within the assigned territory.
- Execute a field-first sales approach through daily merchant visits and local event attendance.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final contract negotiation.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and conversion targets.
- Act as a local market expert to identify and capture untapped business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate performance metrics and activity tracking within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales capabilities.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be able to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment.
