TL;DR

Field Account Executive (Fitness): Driving merchant acquisition and onboarding for a fitness and wellness platform with an accent on territory management and relationship building. Location: Must be based in Edmonton, Canada. This is a highly field-based role requiring 70–80% travel.

Salary: CA$59,850 – CA$79,800

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business partnerships within the assigned territory.
  • Execute a field-first sales approach through daily merchant visits and local event attendance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final contract negotiation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and conversion targets.
  • Act as a local market expert to identify and capture untapped business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate performance metrics and activity tracking within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales capabilities.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must be able to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment.
