TL;DR

Salary: $57,900 – $81,000 base

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B businesses in the assigned territory to grow the merchant network.
  • Execute a field-first approach through daily merchant visits and attendance at local industry events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, utilizing in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and act as a local industry expert.
  • Track all activity and performance metrics within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including regional multi-night trips.
  • Must reside in the Portland, OR region.
