Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts. Must be based within commuting distance of the hubs. Relocation assistance may be available for certain roles.

Salary: $115,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Enable development teams to own their systems and deliver high-impact products.
• Collaborate with SRE and security teams to build resilient and secure applications.
• Participate in on-call and incident management processes under a "you build it, you run it" mentality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS systems (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and ECS.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash).
• English: Resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows systems and .NET applications.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures.
• Experience defining advanced cloud networking setups.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks.
