What you will do

  • Build and execute a national go-to-market strategy to acquire net-new logos for the enterprise platform.
  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and disciplined account planning.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify buying drivers and map complex stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct high-impact product demos that translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executives.
  • Own the end-to-end commercial strategy, including RFI/RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client growth.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex software deals.
  • Direct experience selling into health plans or TPAs is required.
  • Must be based in the United States to fulfill the role requirements.
  • Strong ability to navigate buying committees across executive, operations, and technology functions.
  • Experience with core administration or claims adjudication platforms is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasting within Salesforce.
