What you will do
- Build and execute a national go-to-market strategy to acquire net-new logos for the enterprise platform.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach and disciplined account planning.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify buying drivers and map complex stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct high-impact product demos that translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executives.
- Own the end-to-end commercial strategy, including RFI/RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client growth.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex software deals.
- Direct experience selling into health plans or TPAs is required.
- Must be based in the United States to fulfill the role requirements.
- Strong ability to navigate buying committees across executive, operations, and technology functions.
- Experience with core administration or claims adjudication platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasting within Salesforce.
