What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic hotel accounts, from prospecting to negotiation and launch.
- Build and execute the hotel segment strategy, prioritizing brands and regions that drive marketplace value.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations across brand, property, and ownership groups.
- Structure commercial agreements balancing partner economics, member experience, and platform health.
- Develop senior-level relationships with hotel brands and management companies to ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to reduce onboarding friction and unlock new use cases.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Deep experience in hospitality, hotels, or travel with fluency in hotel and spa economics.
- Proven track record of owning full deal cycles against revenue targets.
- Experience scaling a new vertical or segment from early validation to execution.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate complex, ambiguous deal structures.
- Executive presence with persuasive communication skills for varied stakeholder audiences.
