What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic hotel accounts, from prospecting to negotiation and launch.
  • Define and execute the hotel segment strategy, prioritizing brands and regions that drive marketplace value.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving brand, property, legal, and finance teams.
  • Structure commercial agreements balancing partner economics, inventory access, and platform health.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with hotel brands and management companies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to reduce onboarding friction and scale partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Deep expertise in hospitality, hotels, or travel sectors with strong fluency in industry economics.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing full sales cycles against revenue targets.
  • Experience building or scaling a new vertical or strategic segment from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent executive presence and persuasive communication skills.
