What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic hotel accounts, from prospecting to negotiation and launch.
- Define and execute the hotel segment strategy, prioritizing brands and regions that drive marketplace value.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving brand, property, legal, and finance teams.
- Structure commercial agreements balancing partner economics, inventory access, and platform health.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with hotel brands and management companies.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to reduce onboarding friction and scale partnerships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Deep expertise in hospitality, hotels, or travel sectors with strong fluency in industry economics.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing full sales cycles against revenue targets.
- Experience building or scaling a new vertical or strategic segment from the ground up.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent executive presence and persuasive communication skills.
