What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of EHS strategies and policies to ensure sustainability and safety in the Asia Pacific region.
• Ensure full compliance with country regulations and global hirify.global reporting standards.
• Drive the integration of EHS systems and tools into the AP business unit.
• Collaborate with the global EHS Leadership team to inform and shape global strategy and direction.
• Establish and publish internal and external metrics to demonstrate world-class performance to stakeholders.
• Build and develop EHS teams and talent within the AP organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading an EHS function within a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environment Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ability to communicate and influence leadership at all levels, including organized labor.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions in challenging operational environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
