What you will do

• Champion OHS and Environment initiatives within the business.
• Provide expert OHS and environmental guidance to the Factory Director.
• Establish and maintain systems to support group policies and local legislation.
• Monitor compliance, track incidents, and manage follow-up actions.
• Execute third-party audits according to ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
• Manage OHS training plans and environmental reporting platforms.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar OHS role within a large factory or organization.
• Strong knowledge of local safety and work-related health regulations.
• Experience with industrial machine safety and production processes.
• Proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
• Must be based in Taoyuan, Taiwan

Nice to have

• Certified Level A of Occupational Safety and Health Affair Managers or Management Specialist.
• Experience implementing regulatory standards specifically in the manufacturing area.
• Strong WCM/TPM knowledge related to the EHS Pillar.
