What you will do

• Ensure process consistency and alignment across all Global Functions TA activities.
• Manage and coordinate reference checks and personality assessment processes.
• Support screening activities, including conducting screening calls.
• Maintain candidate data within the ATS and support recruitment reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview partners.
• Support onboarding activities and deliver Global Functions onboarding presentations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong digital fluency with ATS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors) and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and common HR processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Fluent in English required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office.
