What you will do

  • Own the creative strategy and execution for paid social across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube from concept through production.
  • Develop high-converting hooks and scroll-stopping formats specifically for direct response creative.
  • Drive UGC and influencer partnerships by developing briefs that produce native-feeling, high-converting content.
  • Lead and develop a creative team including two video editors, two ACDs, and a Senior Designer.
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools to accelerate concepting, production, and creative iteration.
  • Use performance data as a source of creative inspiration to refine and elevate the team's output.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative direction with a strong portfolio of paid social and direct response video creative.
  • Deep expertise in performance creative at scale across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a small creative team (editors, designers, ACDs).
  • AI-native workflow for concepting and production.
  • Must be based in the US.
