What you will do
- Translate business goals into Paid Social plans across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty.
- Use automation and Bliss Point insights to allocate spend where performance is strongest while keeping waste low.
- Design and run practical experiments (holdout/lift tests when possible, otherwise solid A/Bs) and define success metrics in advance.
- Maintain healthy tracking (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4) and explain data limitations when recommending changes.
- Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership to turn best practices into repeatable playbooks.
- Use platform features (e.g., Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+) to test small, prove value, and scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, and audience design.
- Comfort designing tests and connecting media performance to revenue, CAC, and LTV.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and platform analytics; ability to keep tracking (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs) healthy.
- Senior stakeholder-ready communication and client-facing storytelling.
