What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Develop strategic points of view and translate them into actionable paid social tactics.
• Provide holistic proactive strategies including cross-channel optimization and learning agendas.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and collaborate with internal media planning and investment teams.
• Mentor and manage a team, handling performance reviews, feedback, and work distribution.
• Participate in new business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid social media and strategy.
• Proven track record of managing budgets of at least six figures per month.
• Experience in a media agency environment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing team members.
• Deep understanding of the evolving paid social media landscape and platform-specific measurement capabilities.
• Must be based in the USA to align with regional policies and hybrid requirements.
