What you will do

• Design, implement, and enhance compliance and risk management processes aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the UK compliance monitoring program, including coordinating reviews and tracking remediation activities.
• Evaluate upcoming regulatory developments and their impact on business operations, policies, and controls.
• Provide guidance on compliance approvals for financial promotions, product reviews, and complaints investigations.
• Partner with Product, Legal, and Operations teams to identify risks and improve compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 3-5 years of compliance experience within UK financial services, specifically in an FCA-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Duty, financial promotions, complaints handling, and risk & control frameworks.
• Experience managing compliance projects involving multiple business areas and operational stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
