What you will do

• Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across the EMEA region.
• Provide expert regulatory advice on cross-border distribution rules and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, Legal, and Risk teams to support strategic business projects.
• Analyze regulatory developments and assess their impact on marketing and distribution activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing compliance policies and procedures.
• Respond to internal compliance queries and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent French language proficiency required.
• Previous experience in Compliance and/or Marketing.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
