What you will do

• Serve as a primary liaison between underwriters, agents, and insureds for renewals and new business.
• Gather and review new business submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain precise data entry in internal systems and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.
• Research and gather necessary information from business partners to complete transactions.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and service standards to ensure timely processing.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• High School Diploma.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in underwriting support, casualty insurance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
