Sr Product Designer (MANTL)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Salary: $148,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Design intuitive and scalable account-opening experiences for banks, credit unions, and their customers across the MANTL origination product.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on the Deposits Team to define user problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Contribute to and expand the shared design system to improve consistency, quality, and design efficiency.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, including contextual inquiry and evaluative methods.
• Present design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience designing high-quality applications, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating process and impact.
• Experience designing and prototyping with modern software, with Figma preferred.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled design workflows.
• Experience shipping products to market and working within a shared design system.
• Experience embedded in an agile, cross-functional product team with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience building loan or deposit products.
• Enterprise SaaS or financial technology and services experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
