Staff Product Designer (Fintech)

hirify.global is building a cross-border fintech platform for emerging markets, helping diaspora communities access remittances, cards, savings, and payment services across more than 70 markets.

What you will do

• Set the visual and experiential direction for a global brand used across four continents.
• Evolve the brand to create distinctive, trustworthy experiences for important financial tasks.
• Expand the design system into infrastructure covering tokens, motion, content patterns, and documentation across mobile, web, and internal tools.
• Take new product offerings from ambiguous hypotheses through launch and measurable customer and business impact.
• Use AI tooling for rapid prototyping, experimentation, component generation, and front-end work close to specification.
• Set the craft standard and collaborate with product, engineering, growth, compliance, and go-to-market.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating range and depth, including consumer mobile products taken from ambiguity to launch.
• Evidence of systems thinking beyond individual screens, including the underlying product structure.
• Strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, typography, content strategy, micro-animation, and information architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping, code editors, component generation, or workflow automation, with sound judgment about their effective use.
• Ability to balance pixel-level detail with pragmatic trade-offs and influence roadmaps through evidence, prototypes, and shipped work.
• Customer-centered approach and comfort operating as the most senior designer in the room.

• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or other high-trust consumer categories.
