Salary: $120,200 – $202,606 USD

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
- Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices for the Customer Success organization.
- Oversee portfolio health, providing guidance on success planning, risk mitigation, and growth strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support leadership to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships and handle complex escalations.
- Analyze performance data to forecast retention and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS/enterprise software fields.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven ability to design and scale cross-functional processes and workflows.
- Deep expertise with CSM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
