What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
• Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices for the Customer Success organization.
• Oversee portfolio health, providing guidance on success planning, risk mitigation, and growth strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support leadership to advocate for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships and handle complex escalations.
• Analyze performance data to forecast retention and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS/enterprise software fields.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to design and scale cross-functional processes and workflows.
• Deep expertise with CSM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
