What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, and Domain Architects to drive successful business outcomes and platform adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their business needs.
- Identify opportunities for further integration of solutions to increase ROI and expand into new areas.
- Manage customer data and track progress using internal systems like Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Support Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and return on investment.
- Contribute to internal practice development to improve the Customer Success function.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Professional Services, preferably in a SaaS model.
- Demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology.
- Must be able to work from the Addison, TX office at least three days per week.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Highly organized self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
