TL;DR

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, and Domain Architects to drive successful business outcomes and platform adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for further integration of hirify.global solutions to increase ROI and expand into new areas.
  • Manage customer data and track progress using internal systems like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and return on investment.
  • Contribute to internal practice development to improve the Customer Success function.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Professional Services, preferably in a SaaS model.
  • Demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology.
  • Must be able to work from the Addison, TX office at least three days per week.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Highly organized self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
