TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving customer value and platform adoption for high-value enterprise accounts with an accent on endpoint management and security solutions. Focus on building strategic relationships, managing complex technical implementations, and ensuring world-class retention and expansion.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Durham, NC (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $88,000–$134,000

What you will do

  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure successful business outcomes, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop paths to full platform adoption by understanding customer environments and overcoming implementation obstacles.
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment with customer business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for further integration into customer processes to increase ROI.
  • Manage data and artifacts, including Value Plans and risk tracking in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Contribute to Executive Business Reviews and internal practice development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Professional Services, preferably in SaaS.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology and CIO-level business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships that drive business value.
  • Strong communication and intuitive listening skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Durham, NC at least three days per week.
