What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Drive efficient onboarding and product adoption to accelerate time-to-value.
- Establish and maintain multi-threaded relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and identify expansion potential.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 7–10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills.
- High technical aptitude with experience in Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in Media & Entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with music or video production workflows.
