What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Drive efficient onboarding and product adoption to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Establish and maintain multi-threaded relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and identify expansion potential.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills.
  • High technical aptitude with experience in Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with music or video production workflows.
