What you will do

• Maintain and update the procurement database and coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, contracts, and availability.
• Track vendor performance metrics and KPI reporting to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders and pricing agreements.
• Support internal and external procurement audits.
• Collaborate with Operations and Business Development teams to handle daily administrative needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; coursework or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of ISO industry experience is required.
• 1-5 years of procurement experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or industrial environments preferred.
