Salary: $96,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to boost product adoption and loyalty.
- Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings to capture feedback and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor KPIs and health metrics such as NPS and churn reduction for assigned accounts.
- Foster a feedback loop between clients and Front-office Product teams to align development with client objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a client service role focused on front-office trading workflows, ideally at a trading software vendor.
- Familiarity with OMS, EMS, and PMS within a buy-side investment environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, and project management abilities.
