Salary: $170,000–$235,000/year

What you will do

• Define and execute a transformation-driven marketing strategy aligned with global and divisional objectives.
• Lead and mentor high-performing portfolio marketing teams across strategy, content, and audience engagement.
• Champion innovation, including the integration of AI and agile marketing practices.
• Partner with commercial leaders and the Group CMO to ensure marketing drives measurable growth and competitive advantage.
• Oversee marketing performance metrics and ROI, ensuring investments support commercial and sales objectives.
• Drive the 'One hirify.global' transformation program to simplify operating models and unify technology platforms.

Requirements

• Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong digital and data-driven marketing expertise, including campaign optimization and ROI measurement.
• Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and adopt new technologies.
• Highly numerate with strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Collaborative and influential leadership style with experience building trust across diverse teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Irving, TX office.
