What you will do

• Serve as the visionary leader for the affiliate practice, defining long-term strategy and innovation.
• Oversee departmental P&L, margin management, and resource allocation to meet aggressive ROI targets.
• Act as the primary architect for content-led, full-funnel partnership ecosystems.
• Partner with business development to lead high-stakes pitches and identify expansion opportunities.
• Integrate affiliate strategies with other media channels like Paid Social, SEO, and Influencer marketing.
• Mentor and elevate talent while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years in digital marketing with at least 10 years specializing in Affiliate/Partnership marketing.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling complex, multi-million dollar affiliate programs.
• Expert fluency in major affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, and Rakuten.
• Sophisticated understanding of multi-touch attribution models and data-driven strategy.
• Must be based in the USA.
