What you will do
- Serve as the visionary leader for the affiliate practice, defining long-term strategy and innovation.
- Oversee departmental P&L, margin management, and resource allocation to meet aggressive ROI targets.
- Act as the primary architect for content-led, full-funnel partnership ecosystems.
- Partner with business development to lead high-stakes pitches and identify expansion opportunities.
- Integrate affiliate strategies with other media channels like Paid Social, SEO, and Influencer marketing.
- Mentor and elevate talent while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Requirements
- 15+ years in digital marketing with at least 10 years specializing in Affiliate/Partnership marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling complex, multi-million dollar affiliate programs.
- Expert fluency in major affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, and Rakuten.
- Sophisticated understanding of multi-touch attribution models and data-driven strategy.
- Must be based in the USA.
