What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end CRM and email marketing strategy, including lead nurture, application, and retention journeys.
  • Define audience segmentation frameworks, personalization strategies, and lifecycle contact architectures.
  • Build and own the testing and optimization roadmap for email, including A/B frameworks and content personalization.
  • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations in partnership with data and campaign teams.
  • Provide strategic input across the broader channel mix, including paid social, organic social, and web performance.
  • Use AI-driven insights to optimize brand visibility and inform content creation priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior strategy, planning, or integrated marketing role.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and email marketing strategy using enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in performance data, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to develop testing and optimization frameworks across paid, organic, and owned channels.
  • Experience working with data teams to build measurement frameworks and performance dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategic thinking to senior stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the higher education landscape and student enrollment marketing.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, audience insight, and campaign planning.
