What you will do
- Lead end-to-end CRM and email marketing strategy, including lead nurture, application, and retention journeys.
- Define audience segmentation frameworks, personalization strategies, and lifecycle contact architectures.
- Build and own the testing and optimization roadmap for email, including A/B frameworks and content personalization.
- Translate performance data into strategic recommendations in partnership with data and campaign teams.
- Provide strategic input across the broader channel mix, including paid social, organic social, and web performance.
- Use AI-driven insights to optimize brand visibility and inform content creation priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior strategy, planning, or integrated marketing role.
- Deep expertise in CRM and email marketing strategy using enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in performance data, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
- Ability to develop testing and optimization frameworks across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Experience working with data teams to build measurement frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategic thinking to senior stakeholders.
