What you will do

  • Guide customers through their journey, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure realized product value.
  • Create and maintain Customer Success Plans (CSP) aligned with client strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular health checks to review product adoption and provide actionable guidance.
  • Advocate for customers internally to ensure successful deployments and address dissatisfaction.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and lead cross-functional efforts to get them back on track.
  • Gather structured feedback to provide the voice of the customer to product management.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of industry leadership experience in customer success, sales engineering, or senior support roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of data communication concepts, specifically email, networking, and enterprise security.
  • Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and technical staff.
  • Strong technical background with curiosity to learn and configure flagship cybersecurity products.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional meeting presence.
  • 4-year college degree in a business or technical field.
