What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, maximizing the value of their AI-driven CX platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and DevOps specialists to resolve technical issues and provide insights into customer needs.
- Identify new AI and orchestration use cases to drive platform adoption and business growth.
- Deliver training materials and present technical insights to various management levels.
- Ensure platform stability and mitigate risks through proactive monitoring and best practice recommendations.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical features and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions roles within Enterprise SaaS.
- Fluent French language skills are required.
- Relevant cloud certifications such as Azure Foundations or AWS Practitioner.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures.
- Ability to interpret data, drive insights, and manage multiple projects effectively.
