What you will do

• Define and implement e-commerce strategies for retail customers.
• Audit e-commerce performance and provide actionable recommendations to increase profitability.
• Design and improve omnichannel business models.
• Drive customer acquisition, traffic, and conversion through digital marketing optimization.
• Execute full lifecycle project management for e-commerce initiatives.
• Contribute to business development and go-to-market strategies in the retail sector.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a consultant.
• Experience in the retail sector, preferably B2C.
• Must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Must have existing work authorization for Belgium.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
