Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Process new and renewal business, including endorsements and certificates of insurance.
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy and relevance to client needs.
  • Answer client and underwriter questions regarding coverage and account details.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business through referrals and networking.
  • Assist with claims processing and marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in Beverly, MA.
  • Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies.
  • Strong time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Current Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • High school diploma, two years of college, or two years of insurance industry experience.
