Salary: $86,262 - $103,451 (US) / £58,736 - £68,526 (UK)

What you will do
- Own category strategy for Marketing and Fundraising, including digital acquisition, direct mail, and telemarketing.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFx) for high-value procurements, including evaluation and negotiation.
- Build and manage a structured supplier ecosystem with framework agreements and strategic agency partnerships.
- Partner with External Relations, Finance, and Legal to translate fundraising objectives into procurement plans.
- Monitor spend visibility and category performance to drive cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure all activities comply with IRC policies, GDPR/CCPA, and donor regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, focusing on category management and strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of leading high-value RFP processes and multi-vendor evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and CIPS Level 4 certification strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience in marketing, fundraising, or agency procurement.
- Must have valid work authorization for the USA or UK.
