Location: Mexico City (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do
- Deliver solution presentations, functional walkthroughs, and demonstrations tailored to client business requirements.
- Translate client needs from discovery sessions, RFPs, and RFIs into clear, compelling solution positioning.
- Act as a domain expert in capital markets, post-trade processing, back-office workflows, and accounting.
- Partner with Product Management and Sales to communicate market feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Produce presales documentation, value propositions, and handover materials for post-sale transitions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in capital markets, investment management, or financial technology.
- Strong functional knowledge of post-trade processing, back office, collateral management, and investment accounting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required for client engagement.
- Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise clients.
- Must be based in Mexico City and able to work in a hybrid environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Calypso or similar capital markets platforms.
- Knowledge of asset classes including interest rates, fixed income, FX, credit, equity derivatives, and commodities.
- Understanding of competitive FinTech landscapes and market trends.
