What you will do

• Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics and emotional regulation.
• Guide clients through emotionally charged situations using structured, proven frameworks.
• Help clients transition from crisis to stability, leadership, and long-term behavioral change.
• Track client progress, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments.
• Proactively intervene during emotional setbacks or decision paralysis to ensure client success.
• Contribute insights to improve coaching frameworks and overall client outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven background in coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, separation, or reconciliation.
• Ability to balance empathy with firmness when working with clients in high emotional distress.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex dynamics practically.
• Must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Canada, or South Africa.
• Experience facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable operating within a structured program.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW.
