What you will do

• Lead solution design workshops and contribute to the creation of project blueprints.
• Configure and test functional workflows within the hirify.global application for diverse client needs.
• Provide hands-on support during testing phases and go-live transitions.
• Create custom training agendas and lead sessions for client teams.
• Apply implementation methodologies and project management best practices to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80% while tracking project progress.

Requirements

• Must be commutable to Mexico City.
• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, TMS implementations, or professional services.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and client expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with TMS, FinTech, SaaS, or ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of FTP, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Expertise in cash management, payments, FX exposure, or hedge accounting.
