What you will do

• Oversee talent during on-site productions and company events.
• Ensure accurate accounting of expenses and efficient workflow coordination.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in talent booking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite for data management and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal departments.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
