What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale marketing events to promote brand and services.
• Lead local owned events including roundtables, forums, workshops, and webinars.
• Track, analyze, and report on event performance against defined KPIs.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and sales to ensure event objectives are met.
• Train and brief sales teams on event objectives, messaging, and lead qualification.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, and communications.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in running and managing events.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience working in the tech sector or with B2B solutions targeting enterprise customers.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
