What you will do

• Execute integrated B2B marketing programs across EMEA via email, paid media, webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
• Manage campaign workflows, timelines, approvals, and localization for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Directly own and execute selected acquisition campaigns to drive pipeline growth and regional expansion.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve execution speed, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.
• Develop scalable campaign workflows and playbooks to improve consistency and speed-to-launch.
• Track campaign performance using engagement and pipeline insights to optimize program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience managing and executing integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple markets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day marketing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, digital).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Operations, and regional stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid setup).
