TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of regional events including roadshows, conferences, and executive dinners.
  • Drive net-new pipeline generation and accelerate active deals through strategic field programs.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify target accounts and ensure effective pre- and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop high-impact, tailored event formats that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage third-party sponsorships and evaluate event efficacy to maximize ROI.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks for regional event execution and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and influencing revenue through field programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering closely with Sales teams.
  • Strategic mindset capable of connecting program execution to broader business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to reporting and performance optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and targeting.
