Salary: €88,000 – €102,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own EMEA field marketing strategy and quarterly program planning including events, webinars, and integrated campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end event execution from venue selection and logistics to onsite staffing and post-event follow-up.
• Partner with Sales and Partnerships to select target accounts and drive pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to produce event content, creative assets, and regional collateral.
• Manage the quarterly EMEA field marketing budget and report on program performance.
• Research and test new opportunities across priority industries and buyer personas.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
• Experience partnering with sales leaders to hit pipeline targets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel for events.
